Jennifer B. Albright, MPH

Jennifer B. AlbrightJennifer has a master's degree in public health in health services. She has been working in public health for over 30 years with her most recent experience directing case management activities for a Medicaid case management organization. In addition to case management, Jennifer has managed health centers, conducted health education classes and trainings, provided behavioral change interventions and counseling and served on community health boards. Jennifer is a member of the Case Management Society of America and the CMSA Triangle Chapter.

Jennifer's personal and work experience has given her opportunities to work with individuals with mental health issues, chronic diseases, addiction and disabilities. She has worked closely with officials in county and state programs, been a liaison with physician practices and is comfortable in any medical environment.

Jennifer finds her joy in helping people connect with the people and resources that will enable them to maintain and improve their quality of life. She's an out-of-the-box problem solver who can provide solutions for her clients and bring peace of mind to their families. Good communication is the essential ingredient for successful relationships, and Jennifer works with her clients and their families to ensure everyone is heard and respected throughout the process for determining the best solutions for the situation.

Betsy Crites, MPH

Betsy CritesBetsy has a master's in public health education and has worked in both direct care and care management, helping adults with illness or disabilities maintain their independence. Communicating with and enlisting supportive family members whenever possible is key. Betsy offers guidance for clients and their families as they seek common understanding. She has certification and experience in mediation, including issues related to elderhood. She is also certified in the Stanford Chronic Disease Self-Management program, which encourages people with one or more chronic conditions to learn ways to manage their condition and their life. For Betsy, helping people explore and find options for meeting their needs and thereby living healthier happier lives is a source of joy and satisfaction.

Collaboration with adult and geriatric health services professionals

ACS collaborates with nurses, companion care, home aides, hospice and other professional services agencies to meet the needs of our clients. Aside from health related services, ACS can make referrals to attorneys, accountants, movers, real estate agents, durable medical equipment suppliers, and other services as needed. We are informed about independent and assisted living communities, continuing care retirement communities and nursing homes.
